Cancun - Part III

THIS is the view from our unit!!!  Pretty incredible!!

Lesa took this picture of the boys... and I think I'm in love with it.  Lesa has always been known to not be able to keep a secret.  After she took the picture and I returned to the pool, she promptly said, "oh my gosh I just took the best picture and it's going to be a gift" (instead of just not saying anything at all... she just can't help herself).  And within 5 minutes she pulled out the camera and showed me the picture!  LOL!  I love that girl! 

This little raft was sitting next to the guy that was sitting next to us.  Adrey walked up to him and said, "HEY, can I use this?"  There's not a shy bone in this kid's body!  He is the most social butterfly I've ever met.  Oh, and we're working on the "HEY" thing... trying to replace it with "Excuse me" but he's having a hard time catching on to that.  'Hey' is just so much quicker and easier!  Anyhoo, Jeff obliged and Adrey quickly became quite comfortable in the raft!!

Not only did Adrey get to hold an iguana, but he also held a Cockatoo!!  His smile in this picture makes me laugh right out loud... like he's TRYING to like what he's doing but not totally sold!!

Lesa's John took this next picture of Charlie eating his shorts!  Love it!

Our unit is the on the 8th floor just above those yellow flags behind us.

I know I keep using the word "love" when referencing these pictures but I truly feel that way.  So, I LOVE this next series of pictures of John and Adrey.  Adrey's hat "completes" the picture.  Yummy.

I love this girl to PIECES!!  Spending a week with Lesa (and her John) and my family was just the most perfect vacation.  Lesa, I cherish you and our friendship more than you will ever know.  I LOVE that the boys LOVE you and that you LOVE them.  And I love that when Adrey sees a cute little blond on Grey's Anatomy that he says, "That Lesa, Mommy?" 

The only night we left the resort was to go to a Mexican restaurant for dinner.  The food was a bit to be desired (at least mine and John's was).  But the Margaritas were good.  And they were bigger than Charlie's head...

After dinner we stopped by a gift shop that had a million and one things for Adrey to break.  And sombreros to try on.

Adrey wore his "fip fops" all week and I think they are the cutest thing ever.
