Disney World - Take 2

We woke up Saturday morning bright and early and got ready for day two of Disney.  While getting ready I asked Adrey what his favorite part of Disney was so far.  This is the jest of the conversation:

Me:  "Adrey, what did you like best last night?  The parade?"
Adrey:  "Ahhhhh, no."
Me:  "The teacups?"
Adrey:  "Ahhhhhh, no."
Me:  "It's a Small World?"
Adrey:  "Ahhhhhh, no."
Me:  "Well, then what did you like the best?"
Adrey:  "BUS!!"

So out of all the fun things we did last night it was the bus ride TO the Magic Kingdom that won the prize!  John and I were laughing hysterically at that!  If he only knew he SLEPT through the ride home... he'd be so disappointed!  Shhhhhh!!

Unfortunately the weather was not working to our advantage on Saturday.  It rained until about 1:00.  But we didn't want to waste the day at the hotel, so we "ponchoed up", hopped on the bus and headed back to Magic Kingdom!!

The line for Space Mountain was only 20 minutes, so Jen, Billy and I decided to do it.  I LOVE roller coasters and get a THRILL out of the high you get from them.  But I have to admit, the closer we got to boarding the ride, the more nervous I got.  And of course Jen had to tell me, 30 yards from me stepping on to the ride, that some guy was decapitated on the ride some 10 years ago.  Lovely.  But the ride was AWESOME and just how I remembered it.... some 15 years ago.  While we were on the ride, the boys were at the arcade.  And Adrey was doing this....
Then we hit the cars.  Adrey spotted the cars on Friday night and kept repeating, "Cars.  Cars.  Cars.  Cars.  Cars.  Cars..... ".  We couldn't pass them up, so the boys went for a ride!  And while Adrey and Daddy were riding the cars, I was changing a complete BLOWOUT that Charlie had in his diaper.  One of the kinds that you don't even know where to begin.  So, Charlie had a wardrobe change right smack dab in the middle of Magic Kingdom.  In this picture you can see ALL the boys in all three cars!
Love this next picture!  I was screaming on the sidelines trying to get Adrey to see me!  And he did!

And then it was John's turn to have his stomach ripped to shreds on the "Ceatups".

And then Adrey and I rode Dumbo.
After lunch Adrey was starting to get a little tired and he asked to lay down in the stroller (so mature:-).  The rest of the gang wanted to do the Haunted Mansion, so the boys and I went for a walk.  And, out of all the "people" we could have run into, we ran into WOODY!  THE Woody!  And Adrey was in complete disbelief he was so excited!  As much as he loved seeing Woody, he wasn't quite ready to commit to hugging him.

He felt much better about the whole situation with me there!  And yes, Adrey and I both had our cami's on.  And so did Charlie before his blowout!
And Mama got him his very own Woody.  Had I known what a hit it would have been, I'd have gotten him one long ago.  Woody has hardly left his side since we got him!  So cute!

Adrey loves him some popcorn....

The jungle boat ride was hilarious.  The animals really are life-like and to see Adrey's face was priceless.  The drivers are so super (purposefully) corny with their one-liner jokes... John said that we should move to Orlando so I can get that job!

Jen and Mike were suckered into buying one of these balloons... for a mere $15 (gulp).

Saturday night we had reservations, or so we thought, at Japan at Epcot.  We all wanted a margarhita, so John and I stopped in Mexico to get four and were planning to meet up with the Michetti's.  I had Charlie strapped to my chest and Adrey was asleep in the stroller.  I decided I'd run in and get the drinks while John stayed with Adrey.  It wasn't until I got inside when I started to feel REALLY uncomfortable.  Mom of the year... an infant fast asleep strapped to my chest and I'm ordering not one, but FOUR margaritas.  Nice.  To anyone I made eye contact with, I felt the need to say with a really nervous laughter, "It's been a long day, time for my first drink!  And the others are for friends!"  I could just picture people thinking that I was getting a drink at each country and getting loaded, all the while a baby strapped to my chest.  Totally NOT the situation!!

Anyway, after I ordered the drinks, I realized there was NO WAY I was going to be able to carry them.  I had no idea what to do.  The cute girl next to me who had been "oohing and aahhing" over Charlie (and I'm sure thinking what a stellar mom I was) offered to carry two out for me!!
