Our little bear cub just turned TWO!

We officially have a 2 year old and a 3 year old.  I can't believe our little Charlie is TWO.

Where does time go?  I feel like it was yesterday that he was born.  And what a great two years it's been.  This little guy has brought us more joy than I ever could have imagined.

This next picture pretty much sums up Charlie's personality.  This is him 90% of the time.  Happy, content, charming, sweet, cuddly and just overall YUMMY.

The boys get to have their birthday cake for breakfast in our house.  And Charlie wasted no time digging right in!

And then it was right to presents.  Adrey was very helpful in the unwrapping.  And also very "helpful" in the wanting to take everything and play with it before Charlie.

The boys are having a joint birthday in a couple weeks so lots more fun in store for our little guys!

One of his presents was a boogie board for the pool.  Both boys are taking swim lessons and doing awesome.  The teacher says Charlie has a very natural feel in the pool.  He's so relaxed.  He's swimming beautifully and has no fear at all.

Happy Birthday Sweet Charlie.  You are such blessing and I thank God everyday that you are healthy and happy.  Mommy and Daddy love you to the moon and back.  Never forget it.

There's been little down time so far this summer!  And I LOVE it!
Our friends, JoJo and MJ, and come over once a week for a dinner/swim date and the kids have an absolute riot together.  Adrey LOVES Miah Jane and to see them play together is adorable.  And Charlie just follows them around and does whatever they do!  MJ is 2 and a half and she talks like she's 10.  She's smart as a whip and says the cutest things.  And I have to admit, she LOVES me and I love that... it's amazing the results a few marshmallows will get ya!

We revisited the new Children's Museum and the kids had a ball.

Our little Skye, below, had her tonsils out last week and she did so great!!

We've had quite a few rainy days which calls for a few extra mid-day snuggling.

One thing I DON'T suggest doing is going to the zoo in the middle of summer.  HOLY HOT.  Seriously, we were drenched when we left.  It was crazy hot.  But still fun:-)  Ella and Sara joined us in our sweat fest!

Adrey:  Mom, your pee pee is different than mine.  Mine is long.  Yours is not.  But that's ok.  You're still my friend.
Me:  Well thank you, Adrey, I'm glad you don't discriminate.
Adrey:  What?

Happy Summer!  Lots more fun to come!
