We got up with the chickens (or bunnies) on Easter Sunday and headed to the beach for the sunrise church service. The car was packed the night before, so we scooped the boys up from their beds, got them in their swimsuits and we were out the door by 6:25 a.m.! It was a gorgeous morning. By the time we set up our chairs and got out the donuts (compliments of the Waynes) and warm milk the service started!

I couldn't hear what Allison was telling Adrey but by the looks of this picture she was very enthusiastic about her story!! It doesn't appear Adrey was being extremely receptive though!! I love witnessing little people having conversations with one another like this. When they don't know we're listening/observing is the best.
As always, Charlie was just happy to be there!!
We stayed at the beach until almost noon and then headed home for an Easter Egg hunt and the unveiling of the Easter baskets! Adrey loved both!! Charlie observed with a smile on his face!! Dinner at the Waynes house followed. A perfect Easter with my family.
