Sir Charles had his 9 month appointment a little over a week ago. Can't believe he's 9 MONTHS OLD. Wowsers time has flown by. It's been a wonderful 9 months. I remember for the 10 days after Charlie was born being so worried about the day that John would have to go back to work. I didn't want the time to end... not only because I enjoyed having us all together, and soaking up the newness of being "4", but because I was terrified of doing it alone. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to manage. BUT, this lil' guy was easy as pie and made the transition a breeze. He is such a blessing and I thank God every day for him. He is a breath of fresh air; our sunshine on a rainy day.
Our little peanut is just that... a little peanut. He weighs 18 pounds, 8 ounces (10th percentile) and is 28.5 inches long (50th percentile). Another long and lean one!
I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the sitting up phase. I think it is quite possibly the cutest thing EVER. Babies have the best posture. Adorable.
We had a fun filled weekend. On Good Friday we went to the beach (John did not go, therefore I was not able to capture any photos!) with the Wayne girls and a few of our neighbors. Friday night, Gigi, Boppa, Sarah and Kerry came over and we ate pizza and played with the boys! Love watching Gigi and Boppa with the boys. Melts my heart!
Saturday morning John "slept in" (ha ha ha... he slept till 7:30) so the boys and I went out and enjoyed a cup of tea and warm milk and watched the sun rise.
Um, Adrey looks 19 in this next photo. I can't believe how grown up he appears.
Sniff. Sniff.
Adrey is all about his "fip fops" lately... He has to have a death grip on a piece of furniture in order to put them on and it takes like 10 minutes to do so and then he has to walk super slow and really concentrate in order to keep them on! It's so cute! Each time he wears them he gets a little better at it! So cute!
And then after tea and warm milk outside we came in for a yummy breakfast sandwich courtesy of Mommy. He didn't eat much of it, but it was delicious if I do say so myself!!
After nap time on Saturday we headed to Bella's 1st Birthday party which her Mama and Daddy went ALL out for! It was too cute!! Stay tuned for pictures of Bella's Bash...

Hi Ritchey Family!
Leah, I too, love the lower lip pouty face...it has to be one of the cutest things I've ever seen. And, I always feel so bad because a huge smile comes over my face, and my little baby is about to cry! And, I can't believe Charlie's weight. Cameron is just over 3 months and I think he weighs about 16 pounds!! He is getting so heavy. We go for his 4 month visit the end of May.
Love you!
Boyd Family
