Birthdays and Sunset Fun!!

Last Friday was my Mama's birthday! We all celebrated at our house on Saturday night. I can't believe that I didn't even get a picture of my Mama on her own birthday, nor did I get a group shot and a crazy group shot. I obviously wasn't on my A-Game. Sheesh. I DID, however, manage to get some great pics of the kiddos and their chocolate cake covered faces!!

Adrey is real big into smiling when you tell him to smile for the camera.

Sunday night I organized a group of our 30 closest friends (ha ha ha... Jacqui!!) to all get together at the Naples Beach Hotel for sunset. There was a band playing. We all set up camp on the lawn with our chairs, food and drinks and the kids played in the lawn. It was really SUCH a great time!! We plan to do this quite often as the weather continues to get better!! There were babies and toddlers everywhere!!

And this is how this "conversation" went when trying to get the two of them to smile...
"Adrey, Skye, SMILE for the camera".... (Adrey smiles)

"Skye, look at the camera and smile".... (Adrey leans in for better camera coverage and smiles even wider). Such a camera hog and a goof ball. I love it!!

Our little Miah Jane was all smiles. And she stole the show with her green outfit and pink high-top converse (a picture of that at the very bottom). Too cute for words!

Charlie was his usually happy self! Passed around like a cheese plate, happy as a clam, for the first half and then fell fast asleep in the sling the second half!

The kids danced. Adrey TOTALLY got into it, although you can't tell by the pictures. But he was movin' and a shakin'!!

The pool was VERY tempting, but he resisted!

Barely.

There was a cute little boy that was really getting down to the music and Adrey could not take his eyes off him!

Yeah, see what I mean? The pink high-top converse are the perfect accessory for the perfect little sweetheart MJ is!

Such a fun night! So glad we could all get together.
