Well, it's an understatement to say WE MISS DADDY!! He was gone this weekend but gets home TODAY!! We can't wait to see you!! We had a great weekend though. Which started out with some Cheez-Its... right out of the box... which most of the contents of the box ended up on the floor and the dogs ate them, but that's ok!

Look at that "
cheezy" grin!

Friday
Adrey and I went to the Botanical Gardens with Jen and Baby Bella. We did some exploring in our own front yard while we patiently waited for our ride to arrive. Such an adventurist...

He was ready to go, can you tell?

The Botanical Gardens was a lot of fun. I want to do it again soon, but dress
Adrey in his swim diaper, suit and crocks next time because he was a little limited as to what he could do. Mama didn't know there was water he could play in and that's all he wanted to do!! But we did get to do some laps in the
tree house which he enjoyed!

Uh-Oh... yup his snack container ended up in the water. Which concerned him a great deal, but Mama made "took one for the team" and stepped in the water and got it... it was a huge "sacrifice" yeah right... a pregnant woman in 90 degree heat WELCOMED the opportunity for some cool ankles!

And Baby Bella slept the whole time.
Adrey was so cute with Bella... he would tickle her feet and touch her arms... so cute. And in the car when Bella was crying her
wittle brains out (whoa... I just typed that and the little baby in my belly just gave me the hardest kick I've felt yet... my whole belly just moved!!)
Adrey was genuinely concerned and was looking at her like, "Why are you crying Bella?" I turned around to the backseat to witness
Adrey in his car seat next to the infant carrier and I couldn't help but fast forward to 7 weeks from now!! That will be US!!

And Saturday... oh Saturday. My girls surprised me with a "
Pre-Baby Day" which entailed a yummy pedicure and lunch at the Turtle Club with some of my most favorite people on the planet.

And at the table waiting for me was a beautiful gift basket full of things to spoil mommy in the hospital and the most gorgeous bouquet of flowers I've ever seen. Roses the size of my head in the prettiest of pale pink.

Thank you, friends, for being you. Thank you for making me feel so special. Each one of you mean so much to me. I'm so blessed to have you in my life. And I can't wait for you to be a part of the life of our newest addition here in a few weeks.

I love this next picture that Rochelle edited!!

And then this is how our Sunday started... with an iPhone being launched across the kitchen onto the floor resulting in a shattered screen. But that just meant a trip to the APPLE store to buy the latest version of the iPhone which I've wanted for quite some time. So, thank you,
Adrey. Thanks for
lookin' out for your Mama!

See you in a bit Daddy!!
WE LOVE YOU AND CAN'T WAIT TO GIVE YOU HUGS AND KISSES!!

Yes, I should say you need a new phone. What fun. I look like the side of a barn in that shot. Note to self: never wear that dress for photos again. Jeesh--- I even look prego.
xxoo
That was such a fun time. I can hardly wait to meet our new little man/girl. The closer it gets, the more I feel like its going to be "Charlie" that we're welcoming to the world!!
What a fun time! WOW! Daddy is leaving in a few weeks and I'm dreading it for lily because I know she'll be so sad w/o him. It's just not the same! Crazy to think you'll be a mama of 2 in just 7 weeks! Please take notes on how to manage it all because I'll be looking for those in October!! teehee
