Water Wonders

We went several months this winter with NO pool, NO water park, NO water anything because our winter was unusually cold (I hate even saying that considering everyone who got the terrible winters up north) for us. Well, we dipped our toes back in the water here over the weekend it was WONDERFUL!! I wasn't sure how Adrey would react because it's been so long, but as soon as we got to the water park on Saturday he was itchin' to get out of my lap so he could run into the water! Adrey had an ABSOLUTE ball!!! The only thing he DIDN'T like was the lazy river (unfortunately for me!). Oh, and by the way, a 7 month pregnant woman trying to get IN and OUT of an inter tube... not a pleasant sight but we got a hell of a laugh out of it! LOL!

And look at our P90X Daddy... looking quite svelte these days!! Go Daddy! We love you!

Adrey "wanted to want" to go on down the slide that was inside of this fish but he just couldn't bring himself to actually do it. He would whine to get in it and then as soon as I set him on the stairs inside he would cry for me to take him out! Maybe next time....

After the water park we headed home so Adrey could take his nap and then we were right back at 'em at the pool at my Aunt Sue and Uncle Lloyd's condo! My sweet 9 year old cousin, Ana, from Massachusetts (the adopted daughter of my Aunt Paula that passed away February 2008) was in town visiting for the week.

The kids played in the pool for another several hours and had SO much fun! Adrey could literally climb up and down the pool stairs and jump into our arms ALL DAY LONG!

Aunt Sarah got some cuddle time while Adrey snacked on Boppa's homemade peanuts.

Awwwwwe, I wuv my family...

My family, parents, aunt, uncle, cousin, nieces... everyone poolside eating, drinking, chatting, for like 4 hours. It was SUCH a fun night just hanging out with the people I love so dearly!

I LOVE nights like that!!
