A Friday to Remember!!

What a great Friday we had! It was a wonderful way to end a week that was very emotionally and physically draining! Friday morning Adrey and I headed to Rayna's house where she hosted a wonderful Easter Egg Hunt for all the kiddos! Adrey jumped right into the egg-finding festivities...

UNTIL...

He saw the playset and all the trucks and then he quickly tossed his basket to the side and started playing!!

I swear, Adrey would LIVE outdoors 24/7 if we let him!!

He even caught a glimpse of his shadow!

And then Friday night Rochelle, Lauren (Jen's mother-in-law) and I hosted the most beautiful baby shower for our dear friend, Jen! It took place at the Grey Oaks Country Club on the most magnificent golf course and lake setting and the weather couldn't have been more perfect!! Rochelle made this ADORABLE diaper cake for Jen....

And Rochelle and I painted pots with the baby's initials... ILM (Isabella Lauren Anne Michetti) and put pink/ivory Hydrangias in the pots and they were picture-perfect!!

And nestled among the flowers were the cute baby block favors...

Oh, and the blessed cake. Oh how I love how this turned out. Ella's Cakes makes the most FABULOUS cakes. All I have to do is explain over the phone how I want it to look and then she creates this amazing masterpiece! She is so talented!!

And our Mommy-To-Be.... Due in just a few short weeks.

She was as beautiful as ever!!

Oh how I love these girls....

I am so excited for you, Jen and Mike. I can't wait to meet your little peanut. You are two incredible people and I can't wait for our families to grow together. I am honored to call you our dear friends. I love you both so much!
