Good times...

Just a few snap shots of our wittle guy from this week. Twice this week Adrey has woken up in the night, which is SO unlike him. I'm not sure if he's teething or what... I can't tell though if he's uncomfortable or not. You wouldn't think so because as soon as I pick him up he seems to be fine. I really don't mind the middle of the night wakings. I actually enjoy it... that's the ONLY time Adrey will cuddle, and boy does he cuddle... his entire body molded to mine. I can feel his breathing and his little fingers rubbing the tag on ducky. They really are special moments. Just a few randoms of our wittle...

Sarah and Kerry had to attend a teacher/parent night at Katelyn's school on Tuesday, so Katelyn and Allison spent a couple hours at our house. Sarah packed a bag and asked if they could have bath time at our house. I thought "how fun would it be to have them all bathe at once?". Um, yeah, no. It made for a few very cute photos, but it was a loud, wet, fiasco. Adrey was beside himself upset about 2 minutes into it because there was just too much going on for him to take in!! He much preferred to be a spectator rather than a participant! He was the first out. John dressed him and then he came back and sat on my lap and contently watched the girls pour water on each other and fight!! It was great!!

Love this one of Allison. She's always such a goof.

Yesterday marked a pretty "sweet" day for Adrey. Yup, he had his very first OREO. And yes, he shoved the entire OREO in his mouth of which I had to go fishing for it. But, he LOVED LOVED LOVED it... he even licked all his fingers when he was done!! LOL! Not kidding!

Oh, and his tootsies. I could seriously eat them up... and I do. I love what his little feet do when he's in his high chair. He either has them crossed or sticking straight out and spread eagle with his toes on the bottom of the tray. I love it when they're crossed. It's just ever-so-cute and delicious. And now adays the tops of his feet have little scraps and cuts and even mini scars which give them some additional character:-)

Speaking of feet, Adrey took his first steps on those little feet on September 1st. He waited a week before doing it again, but now he does it quite often. He only goes 3 or 4 small steps but he's doing it!! I know I've said it before but it's going to be so weird having a little vertical man running around!! So fun!!
