Chuck Rules

Yeah, so we went to CHUCK E. CHEESE (Chucky Cheezits as Allison calls it) on Wednesday for a birthday party and it was, by far, the highlight of our week. Not sure who had more fun, me or Adrey! SO MUCH FUN! We loaded up the car, all five of us (us and the Wayne girls), and headed to Ft. Myers for Marissa's 5th Birthday. When asked "Who's gonna have fun at Chuck E. Cheese?"... the response...

And I was unsure that would be the response because the little man didn't take a morning nap. I put him in his crib at 10:00 so that he could get a good hour in before we left, but he fiddle farted around the entire time... playing with his toes, inspecting Ducky and Ducky's tag, standing up, sitting down, rolling back to front, front to back, arms up, arms down, pacifier in, pacifier out, la-la-la-la.... you get it... For an entire hour.

And the sweet birthday girl... who told her mama she wished all the girls would wear dresses to her party. The sweetest, girliest girl I have ever met...

All the kids were given a tub of tokens, and they were OFF! Allison couldn't get to a "ride" fast enough!

And A-man... oh my little A-man. He made me smile, LAUGH hysterically actually, on numerous occasions. He was mesmerized by the lights, sounds, kids... he was having a ball!! He slid on slides....

He rode on a Teletubby ride... La la la la la la la la... the Teletubby tune always sticks in my head. Make it stop.

And he took a ride with Stuart Little... they became fast friends....

And Chuck himself made an appearance.

I thought Adrey would be petrified of him but he wasn't scared. I'd have thought a 6 foot rat with a nose bigger than his head might turn him off, but he was pretty intrigued by the rodent.

Wow, what big cheeks you have Chuck...

He never once made a peep or got upset or cranky because of lack of sleep!

He rode on another getaway vehicle, with a different rodent...

And steered it quite well.

And even pulled over to pose for a picture:-)

Pizza break...

I thought FOR SURE he would fall asleep in the car on the way home, but he'd have nothing of it!! He stayed awake the entire ride home! Go figure!!
Ok, these next shots are just some randoms I wanted to post. He LOVES clapping these days and gets SO excited when you cheer him on once he does it! Oh my gosh this picture melts my heart.

Seriously? Seriously. How is this perfect, adorable being OURS? I look at this next picture and it gives my skin chill bumps. He's so ridiculously cute that it should be illegal. Like a felony or something....
