We have a VERY SILLY BOY on our hands as of late. He is so funny! And there must be something about the 6:00 - 8:00 hours in the evening, because during that time span he is a crazy maniac that runs around the house acting like the BIGGEST goofball I've ever seen!! He puts on a "show" and he's well aware he has an audience because after he does something really silly, he looks at us for a laugh or clap! And then he starts all over again! I also think it's SO CUTE that when Adrey closes his eyes, he thinks we can't see him. So he closes his eyes, and of course I say, "Oh no, Adrey? Where did you go? Adrey? Oh no!" and then this is the smile it evokes....
Adrey has now gone a WEEK with no pacifier (except to sleep.... let's not get crazy here) and he has done AWESOME!! All the anxiety I had leading up to this was for nothing! He really hasn't missed it a bit! And if he does think about it he's easily distracted. But at night time and naptime when he hears the paci rattling as I'm taking it out of the box, he starts laughing and gets a big grin on his face! He still loves it but is ok without it during awake time. Such a little champ. I love him so much and am SO proud of my little bugga.
My mom read an article in the paper last week about a toddler interactive website and she shared it with me. It's http://www.kneebouncers.com/ and he LOVES IT!! Yesterday morning as I was getting ready for work, he was just playing away at the game and having a riot! I couldn't resist getting my camera out and he cooperated SO nicely! I couldn't WAIT to post these pics and I can't stop looking at them because they are so darn cute! He's so excited!!
