We got up Thanksgiving morning, put our boots on and headed out for a hike up to a nearby waterfall. We had to get a snapshot of the kids before heading out!! Too cute!

When we got home, we had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at our cabin and then Boppa (my dad) started a bonfire and we roasted marshmallows and made smores! This photo was taken JUST MINUTES before Adrey had a complete meltdown and cried for nearly two hours. I think it was a combination of being tired and overstimulated AND I think he's teething. These days he always seems to look like a glazed donut because there's so much drool coming out of his mouth and he constantly has his hands practically down his throat. I think he's starting to feel some discomfort. Poor babe.
We decided to leave today, Saturday, as opposed to Sunday. We're actually in the car right now as I update the blog! Not sure if we're going to stop part way and sleep somewhere or go straight through. Lots of traffic right now... can only imagine what it will be like tomorrow. Before we left, we had one more photo session. Wanted to get a family pic with the hats that Gigi made us. I yuv my family. They're my favorite.
