John's 50th Birthday

To say we welcomed John's 3rd quarter century in with a BANG, is an understatement!!  After weeks of planning and stressing, it all worked out beautifully!!  It started out with a surprise game of laser tag!!

 

It was so fun how everyone TOTALLY got into it.  We were crawling on the ground, getting all sorts of sweaty and the competition was ON!!

Prior to laser tag, John played golf with Anthony, Ryan and Jeff (good childhood friend of John's that just moved to Bonita).  So they spent four hours in the HOT SUN, consumed 4 beers, a Bloody Mary's and two shots prior to Laser Tag.  Needless to say, they were feeling good!!

Nice one, John...

Part two of the day's event was dinner at the PUB.  John was blindfolded (with a dirty handkerchief) and abducted by the Michettis... (can't get this stupid picture to go vertical... it's driving me nuts).

Centerpieces were "mini cardboard Johns"!

My business partner and friend, Amy, and her husband Steve.  Amy worked ALL DAY until the minute she left for the party... THANK YOU, Amy, for holding down the fort!

My Aunt Ellen was in town visiting Grandma for the weekend so she joined the festivities!

 Happy Birthday John-John.  We are so blessed to have YOU to celebrate.  I love you more than anything.  You are the most amazing husband and father.  The stars were certainly aligned for us when we met on that random day in 2006.  I love you with all my heart.
