The Ritcheys and the Michetti's headed to Disney December 21-23rd for our 3rd Annual Very Mitchey Christmas! This is my favorite trip of the year because not only is Disney the most magical place on earth, it's 100 times better during the holidays because the decorations are so beautiful!! And it wasn't just our normal party of four this year... PANTS came along for the weekend too! When Adrey got in the car and saw that PANTS was hanging by the front windshield he about passed out he was so excited!
The sun was right in both of the boys' eyes so we made a little "man cave" in the back seat for them and they thought it was the coolest. thing. ever. (blurry pictures... taken from phone)

And I do believe the angels started singing when we saw this...
We left at 6:30am and drove straight to Hollywood Studios. A cold front came through that weekend and it was FREEZING!! Honestly it was in the 40's when we arrived... that's pretty darn cold for us Floridians! I got up to the low 60's during the day. I'm not complaining... I LOVED the cold weather for a change!
We can't go to Hollywood Studios and not do the car show. The boys are riveted by it... can't take their eyes off it for a second! Love this picture of John and Adrey!
Charlie being a little ham... as always!
Charlie ate all day, every day, for three days straight. He was never without a snack in his hand. And he was happy. And so were we.
We passed the face painting stand and I suggested (apparently too loudly) that the boys have it done. John immediately made comments about how messy it is, but it was too late because they heard me say it. So, as a result we had two superheroes in our presence the rest of the day!
By the end of the day their faces just looked dirty!
The temperature dropped dramatically late afternoon, down into the 40's again. We brought a coat for Charlie and he wanted NOTHING to do with it. He was so mad that he had to wear it...
The Michetti's left a little later than us so we didn't meet them until Friday evening! We met them at the Osbourne City of Lights. Pretty spectacular light show with music!
Saturday morning we were up bright and early, got bundled up and headed to Magic Kingdom!

Such a great trip! We are so blessed to have such wonderful friends!! And the PERFECT beginning to a long holiday vacation!!
