Randomness Part 1

I'm way behind on posting but have lots of catching up to do.  I have to wrap up our month of April before I can get to our May fun!!  Our dear friend Susan, and her son Cam, came to visit from California mid April.  We had everyone over to our house and the kids had a ball!!

Adrey and Devin get along like two peas in a pod.  Seriously.  Adrey LOVES Devin and it's so cute to see them interact with each other. 

I'm preeeeeeeeetty sure Cam thought he'd died and gone to heaven.  Susan shared with us that Cam had never had a cookie (say what?!?!) until that night and I think he had a half a dozen while he was over.  He was about this close to leaving in a sugar coma:-)  This child is one of the most beautiful babies I've ever laid eyes on and his sweet, gentle personality is just delicious.

We have been swimming in our pool almost daily.  The boys absolutely LOVE it.  I have no doubt in my mind that Adrey will be swimming life-jacket free by the end of summer!

We've even done "drive through baths" in the outdoor shower. 

Oh, my sweet Charlie.  I could eat him up 24/7.  Such a sweet disposition this little guy has.  He's not talking much now but he can roar like a lion something fierce.  And ask him to meow like a cat and you'd swear there was a cat in the room.  He's pretty much got his animals down pat and he OWNS the word "hi".  He says Daddy, Gigi, Boppa, tries like heck to say Sarah and he even almost said "love you" last night.  OK, so he hasn't master Mommy yet, but I'm sure he's just perfecting it so that it's music to my ears when he does say it!

Adrey is on a T-Ball team.  He plays every Saturday at 8am.  And he LOVES it.  He can't wait all week for the next game.  On Thursday last week he said, "I have to go to bed two more times and then after I wake up it'll be time for T-Ball?"  Oh be still my heart!  I love that he loves it.  And all of his little buddies are on the team... Devin, Brennan, Blake, Will and AJ. 

Charlie is the team "donut eater".  I swear he'd finish a whole box of munchkins if we let him. 

Adrey is #4.  And it just so happens that the number 4 is the favorite number of our neighbor "Micaela"... a gorgeous 12 year old girl who is just the sweetest thing that Adrey TOTALLY has a crush on!  He sees her and I swear he goes limp.  He can't speak and he certainly can't make eye contact with her... he immediately finds the closest parent and stands behind them because he gets so shy!

Lexi always comes to cheer her brother, Devin, on.

And Brennan's BRAND NEW little sister Mackenzie is always in attendance too.

This next picture of Adrey melts my heart! 

Whenever Adrey is close enough (which is most of the time) he likes to put his arm around Devin.  It's so cute.  Devin doesn't always think so, and sometimes swats his hand off like a fly, but it's adorable to watch!!

We had one last gathering the last night of April and all the kids came over for a pool party and we cooked out.  There were 8 kids under the age of 4 in attendance!

The kids had a ball!!  And the kids were bribed with lollipops in order to get everyone on the sofa for this picture!!
