Girl time...

Wow, I do think this is the longest post I have ever done! I just have so much to catch up on!! First of all, the addition... it's coming along nicely, although we're ready for it to be DONE!! All of the sliding glass doors and the window are in, the exterior stucco work was done over the weekend and the A/C company came today and installed the duct work and vents. We're slowly getting there!! I think the exterior painting and the interior drywall is next...

Friday morning we had Kindermusik and then after a nap and some lunch, we met some friends at Barnes & Noble before going to Gymboree for some more play time! I couldn't WAIT to leave Barnes & Noble because THIS is what Adrey did the whole time! I just followed behind him putting books away and looking over my shoulders to see if we were getting dirty looks!! Actually, the kids were great and we didn't get kicked out!!

After Barnes & Noble we headed to Gymboree which is basically a completely padded indoor jungle gym with an organized "class" where we sing and dance and play with toys! Adrey really had a good time.

There was NO getting him to crawl through it and meet me at the other end, but this sure made for a great prop for a photo opp!!

Oh, and the blessed bubbles. Adrey LOVED the bubbles. Completely mesmerized by them! I am SO going out and buying some of THESE sugar-based bubbles. I think he could have watched them all day!! I love his little toes... So cute.

This weekend I watched Katelyn and Allison while Sarah was away. I spent the weekend at their house and Adrey and John came over for "play dates" with us! It was too much to all be under one roof! Yikers!! Saturday morning I took the girls to the water park.

This picture CRACKS me up! I was totally taking a picture of Allison and Katelyn dove into the picture!!

We lost "Ducky #3" at one point, but we found it and the tears dried up...

Oh, and brave little Katelyn jumped off the HIGH DIVE!! She got some serious air!

Then we headed to the bowling alley at 2:00 for a birthday party!

This is Allison's "boyfriend" Jonathan. Oh.... my.... gosh is Jonathan cute. And the two of them together? Forget it....

Adrey and John came and met us!

Ok, so I've never done drugs, but this is what I imagine it would be like on them!! I was trying not to use the flash because the lighting was so cool at the bowling alley but this is how they turned out! They're actually pretty cool...

Then Sunday morning John and A-man stopped by for a visit! Adrey is finally happy in the bike wagon! The first several attempts he cried the entire time, but John said he didn't make a peep the whole time yesterday!! Trick? Pacifier... there are only a few venues/situations that we have to resort to a pacifier, and apparently riding a bike is one of them! But, he's happy so we're happy!!

Then yesterday we went to the La Playa hotel for some fun in the sun. Our friends Jen and Dave (Jonathan's parents) invited us to join them and we all had a BLAST!! We were there for nearly 5 hours and I practically had to drag the kids out of the pool!!

I have NO idea what setting I had my camera on for this next picture, but I LOVE IT!!

Twas a WONDERFUL weekend and was so special to get some one-on-one time with my sweet little girls (who are getting so grown upsies).
