To Beach or Not To Beach - TAKE TWO...

Our second attempt at the beach.... we had a nice long talk before we went to the beach about what to expect and how FUN it would be. We even sang the "Going to the Beach Song"... goes like this, to the tune of Goin' to the Chapel.... Goin' to the beach and we're gonna, have a good time, Goin' to the beach to have fun... After all that.... this is how it started... yet again...

But after a bottle and a little fresh air, he was ready to go! He was such a good boy and I think he actually ENJOYED it!! I told him that he was gonna have to get used to the beach, cuz we live in Naples and we're lucky to have it!! One of my FAVORITE people in the whole wide world came to visit (from Arizona) us for a quick 24 hours. My dearest LESA!!! She hasn't been here since April 2008 and this was her first time meeting Adrey. Adrey was a little skeptical of Lesa at first, but very quickly warmed right up to her. They were best of buds when Lesa left today:-(

Have you EVER seen such a cute set of buns? This is my friend Traci's daughter, Julia. Just the chillest little thing... with an ever-so-slight wedgie at all times...

Here she is again... see what I mean when I say she's "chill"?!?!?

Towards the end Adrey got vewy, vewy sleepies. Was so "cuddlish"...

If it weren't for me, Lesa would still be at the beach, with Adrey, in this very same position...

We packed up and headed home after a fun time at the BEACH!!

Tonight we went to see one of our very good friends, Anthony, perform in an Easter play at his church. He played the part of Jesus Christ. A wonderful play. Brought tears to my eyes. Anthony did a FANTASTIC job!! He should take it to Hollywood for sure:-) Adrey was a DREAM BABY the entire 2 hours! He slept for about 45 minutes of it, and the rest of the time he was bouncing up and down in my lap and being the little ham that he is! As always, we were so proud of him!!
