I'm back to Blog Land!!

Wow... I'm finally back in Blog Land! It has been an emotionally trying week, to say the least. I haven't had a chance to update the blog! But, here I am with new pictures of our little man! Last night John and I went out to dinner to celebrate a friend's 40th birthday. Sarah watched Adrey for us. Sarah emailed me the below picture of Adrey while we were at dinner. Her caption said, "I don't know if I'm doing this right, but he's having a blast!" The photo makes me laugh out loud everytime I look at it!! You can tell how excited he was because his hands are all blurry! He was moving them up and down! And the FACE!! Oh.... my.... gosh... the face! Gotta love it!

Adrey's newest sleep position... which we love. We try to get him to fall asleep on our chest in the evenings because it's so yummy. Believe it or not though, more times than not, he prefers to go down in his crib:-(

Friday night the Waynes came over for dinner and then we just hung out and watched Friday Night Lights on TV. Allison and I passed out, all "cuddlish" on the couch. Oh she's such a sweetpea. OH, and she got her hair cut. It's the sweetest thing ever. It's to her chin and she has bangs:-)

Adrey has officially mastered "sitting"!! He loves being upright and sees the world from a whole new perspective! And paper... any kind of paper... tissue paper, toilet paper, note paper, wrapping paper, kleenex, paper towels... you name it, he LOVES it. If he's saddies, all you have to do is give him a paper product and he's immediately all better! It's so funny!! OH... and see anything different in this picture?

YUP!! Adrey has CONVERSE shoes!! And, oh... my... gosh... are they cute!!! I can't stop looking at them. They're so teeny tiny! And they're red. Brand new, red Converse shoes.

He's hasn't mastered the art of tying them, but we'll get there:-)
