Adrey officially became part of the Christian Family today. What an emotional and joyous event. He was dressed to the nines and couldn't have been a better baby.
The ceremony was so special. Friends, family and a mass of people we'd never met were all touched by the ceremony.
After he was baptized, Pastor Ted carried Adrey around the church so everyone could see him. Adrey was so relaxed while Ted was holding him... with his arm just dangling over the side. John and I were beaming with pride. Seriously, the emotion I felt at that very moment was breathtaking. John and I both had tears in our eyes. It was magical. When Pastor Ted was saying the final prayer, Adrey touched his cheek with his hand and then started to grab the microphone. The crowd got quite a chuckle!

After the service, we went to the Pelican Marsh Club for brunch. It was so nice. By about 1:30, Adrey was sacked out. The holy water on his head sucked all of his energy from him:-)

Thank you Gigi and Boppa for lunch, but most of all for being two of the most wonderful, generous, kind and LOVING people we know. We love you so much.

AH Congrats! How fun it is such a special day! Skye wasn't as good as Adrey but it was still a magical day. I was on my way to church at 9:30 today and I ended up not going because of Skye is that the service he was baptised at? If so I wish I would have gone to see him. He looks so cute as usual! Congratulations! What a wonderful memory for all of you! Looking foward to Ashton's baptism. Haven't decided when though. Adrey looked abosolutely adorable!
