We had a professional photographer come to the house and photograph Adrey. She came at 10:30 in the morning but Adrey was hungry and in no mood to be photographed (I bet you can figure out which photo below is the "fussy photo".... He's still so cute... I had to post it), so she came back at noon instead! By then Adrey had had a "snack" and was sacked out! Enjoy the photos... we are!!
We've received so many wonderful cards and gifts from family and friends. We feel so blessed that John, Adrey and I are loved by so many. One card in particular really stood out for me. I found the words on the card to be so profound. I loved its message so I thought I'd share...
"His name was written in the stars before you ever knew this precious child of destiny was on his way to you. You couldn't have imagined how profoundly moved you'd be by such a tiny bundle of delightful energy. And now life's awesome wonder is a treasure you can keep, a miracle in booties you can hold and rock to sleep. The purpose of the universe at once becomes so clear. Love's gift has found a perfect home. Your baby boy is here."
